Cliff has been personal training for 18 years. He has worked in the fitness industry throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. He has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland in Kinesiology.
He served on the faculty at the College of Southern Maryland, instructing in both the Massage Therapy Program and the Department of Wellness, Fitness, and Sports. He has also been an instructor for the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Personal Trainer Symposium and the American Council on Exercise certification prep courses, teaching individuals to become personal trainers. Cliff has also held the role of the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Men’s Basketball and Soccer Team from 1998-2000 at the College of Southern Maryland.

Natasha has been involved in a healthy and fitness-based lifestyle for more the two decades. She enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and challenging her clients to meet and surpass their goals of achieving a healthy lifestyle. She assists her clients in attaining far more than they think they can achieve. Natasha believes that a great personal training program is about much more than just losing weight. It is a combination of several factors, effectively being managed and integrated, that bring a client to an optimal state of balance and vitality. She passionately continues to learn more about all aspects of physical conditioning and personal development to bring her clients the highest level of training.

Marty Linclau-Miller graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology (sports Medicine). His focus in training is on function and he has an intrinsic motivation to live a healthy lifestyle. Passion for getting the most out of life is what has made him who he is and helps his clients realize their full potential. Most of us are not training for sports, we're training for life. We want to feel healthy and confident in our abilities. With three years of training and management experience, he is comfortable in helping people of all fitness levels. Marty also has experience with youth and enjoys sports.
After starting sailing on small dinghies in Detroit, Marty has reached the international level of competitive sailboat racing, recently traveling to the Mediterranean to race in the Swan 45 yacht class. He snowboards in the winter and races sailboats in the summer.
Marty is available weekdays in the early morning and afternoons to answer questions and train clients.
