Comp Check is a quick body composition analysis that determines the amount of muscle body fat, and hydration levels. It also calculates body mass index (BMI) and resting metabolic rate (RMR). The results are explained in detail during a 20-minute consultation with a Longevity Studios Personal Trainer.
Xpress Assess is a quick 6-point fitness assessment that provides La Plata Fitness members with a baseline fitness level, and provides a tracking method for the progress they will be making as they train at the club. An exercise expert carefully guides the member through each test to measure body composition, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. The results are explained during a 45-minute consultation with a Longevity Studios Personal Trainer. The Xpress Assess helps to develop a path to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
G.E.T. F.I.T. (General Exercise Techniques For Intelligent Training)
is a one-hour session that provides exercise know-how to new club members. It helps each individual work not only harder, but also smarter. They learn where their heart rate should be in order to burn fat, and learn which exercises are best to optimize fitness results results. During this one-hour session, a Longevity Studios Personal Trainer teaches provides the necessary information and teaches the basic skills to help a gym member achieve the results they desire.
