LA PLATA, Maryland - March 1, 2010 - Longevity Studios has launched a new free iPhone application, packed full of health and fitness resources for Southern Maryland fitness enthusiasts. The Longevity App joins a growing list of free cutting-edge fitness tools and resources offered by the La Plata, MD fitness company.
"We've been tapping into the latest Internet technologies for the past couple of years, and we're very excited to now offer our resources to mobile fitness enthusiasts," says Cliff Long, President and CEO of Longevity Studios. "We now offer multiple RSS feeds, our YouTube channel, a Facebook Fan page, Twitter feeds, an extensive online exercise library, fitness articles, and much more. The Longevity iPhone application pulls together many of the resources found on the Longevity Studios website and packages them into a free, easy-to-use application for the iPhone, with content reformatted and optimized for the iPhone screen. Content includes a Southern Maryland Health and Fitness Calendar, articles written by Longevity Studios Human Performance Consultants, the Longevity Life Plan™ Blog, Special Offers, News Releases, and more.
"This is just the beginning of what we intend to offer to our mobile clients," says Long. "We look forward to offering more streaming video and audio, in addition to expanding our mobile platforms to Google Android and Blackberry devices in the future."
