The first step to building an
effective training program
Fitness Assessments
Identify the areas where your body needs improvement
Assessments are the biggest missing component in health and fitness. When you go to a physician, one of the first things they do is send you for diagnostic testing, to find out what course of treatment you should have. Getting to your fitness goals shouldn't be any different. Fitness assessments and wellness assessments are crucial elements in a fitness program. They provide the necessary information for you or your trainer to build a program that focuses on the right areas. Our assessments allow us to design a highly customized program, built for your specific individual needs. That ensures your fitness program maximizes both benefits and results.
Although the standard in fitness and personal training seems to be far from this model, at Longevity Studios™, we don’t think it should be. We highly recommend having an assessment to pinpoint issues and major barriers that could severely affect your results – and to provide a baseline of where you are on your path to fitness. Scheduling a follow-up assessment every three, six or twelve months can help you measure your progress and better assess the results of your hard work.
We offer the following 3 levels of Fitness Assessments:
Level 1
Level 2
