Longevity Studios CSG Workouts are customized, self-guided workout plans to help you achieve the results you've been looking for. Workout when you want and where you want, but with a plan developed by a Longevity Studios Human Performance Consultant, designed to maximize your results, based on your specific needs.

Longevity Studios CSG Workouts - Online Personal Training

Following a consultation with a Human Performance Consultant, we design an online, web-based workout program customized for your goals, built around the equipment you have available to you. Every time we modify your program, you may chose to have an in-person supplemental coaching session, where we'll walk you through your new program to ensure proper form, function and safety. Then you execute the plan – building muscle, losing fat, sculpting your body – all on your own time, at your home or at your favorite gym.

When you sign up for our CSG Workouts, you'll have your own web page, containing your newly designed exercise program, exercise journal and video examples of each exercise.

CSG Workouts give you a personalized training program without the expense of a personal trainer. If you're a motivated self-starter, CSG Workouts help you achieve your results on your time at your favorite workout spot.

Discover your potential. This trial program includes a 12-week customized, self-guided workout program, designed following a phone consultation with a Longevity Studios Human Performance Consultant. A one-time supplemental coaching session is available, where we'll walk you through your entire workout, to ensure proper form, function and safety.

  • 3-month program starting at $70 per month
  • 1 Supplemental Coaching session available for $90

Maximize your results. This full-year Basic CSG Workout program includes an initial in-studio consultation with a Human Performance Consultant and 3 follow-up consultations. At each quarterly follow-up, we'll review your exercise journal and will modify your program to keep you moving towards your goals. A package of four supplemental coaching sessions is also available, where we'll walk you through each newly designed exercise program.

  • 1-Year Basic CSG Workout Program for $73 per month
  • 4 Supplemental Coaching sessions available for $36

Optimize your physical fitness. This full-year Premium package includes a Level 1 Fitness Assessment, five follow-up consultations, bi-monthly program design modification, an additional Level 1 Fitness Assessment at 6 months, and the monthly Longevity Studios Optimize Newsletter. A package of six supplemental coaching sessions is also available, to ensure you're exercising with the proper form, and to ensure proper function and safety.

    (Includes a Level 1 Fitness Assessment at 1 and 6 months)

Achieve your peak performance with our ultimate full-year CSG Workout package. We begin with an extensive in-studio consultation and Level 2 Fitness Assessment, 11 follow-up consultations with monthly journal review and program design modification, an additional Level 2 Fitness Assessment 6-months into your program, and the weekly Longevity Studios Achieve Newsletter. A package of 12 supplemental coaching sessions is also available, to make sure you're exercising with proper form and function and maintaining safety in your workouts.

I've had back pain for about 4 years now. When I say back pain, I mean a constant pain that I wake up and fall asleep with. Doctors would prescribe medicine, which I didn't like taking because it made me fall asleep and I couldn't perform normal daily activities. If you looked at me you'd think, "She's skinny, why does she need to go on a diet?" That's exactly what I thought too! After about the first week of diet and exercise I noticed a significant decrease in pain. By the end of the first month, my daily pain was gone. I still have days where my back hurts just as badly as it did before, but I no longer wake up and fall asleep with the pain. I'm a lazy person, so following an exercise plan has been hard for me. But the CSG Workouts have allowed me to exercise on my own time. I find it easiest to do when I'm watching a movie after a long day of work. My overall experience with Cliff and Longevity Studies has been absolutely amazing and completely rewarding.
